ABOUT ILO
Itasca life Options (ILO) was established as a 501(c) (3) non-profit in July 1965 and has been providing day services to people with physical and intellectual disabilities for more than 50 years! ILO is licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services and currently serves over 70 people living in Itasca County.
Our goal is to provide services that help to develop and maintain vocational and life skills, increase participation in community life, and engage individuals in proactive and satisfying activities of their own choosing.
Our services help to increase and maintain the physical, intellectual, emotional, and social functioning of the people we serve. We currently provide services in four different locations. Individuals may receive services at one or at all four locations.
For more than 12 years, art educators from the MacRostie Art Center have been instructing participants in drawing, painting, pottery, natural printmaking, mosaic, and various other mediums to foster artistic self-expression.
